These Astrologer Terms & Conditions apply to every astrologer, advisor, or professional who applies to join or provides services on AstroLive. By registering, completing onboarding, or offering consultations through the platform, you agree to these terms.
AstroLive may request identity, profile, experience, qualification, and payout details during onboarding. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. We may accept, reject, suspend, or remove any astrologer profile at our discretion to maintain service quality, safety, and compliance.
You agree to provide respectful, lawful, and professional services. All information shared in your profile must be accurate and current. You must not impersonate another person, make misleading claims, engage in abusive behavior, or use AstroLive to promote off-platform transactions without written permission.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate availability, joining sessions on time, communicating professionally, and delivering services in good faith. AstroLive may use user feedback, quality reviews, response times, cancellation history, and policy compliance when determining profile visibility or continued access to the platform.
Approved earnings are generally paid according to AstroLive payout rules, after applicable commissions, taxes, chargebacks, refunds, promotional adjustments, or policy-based deductions. You are responsible for your own tax reporting and compliance unless local law requires otherwise.
You must treat user information as confidential and use it only for delivering services through AstroLive. Sharing, storing, or using user data outside the platform for unrelated purposes is prohibited unless expressly permitted by law and AstroLive policy.
AstroLive may modify platform features, pricing structures, support processes, visibility rules, or operational requirements from time to time. We may monitor activity and investigate complaints, fraud, misconduct, or policy violations as needed to protect users and the platform.
AstroLive may suspend or terminate astrologer access immediately if there is suspected fraud, policy violation, abusive behavior, off-platform solicitation, confidentiality breach, legal risk, or conduct that harms users or the AstroLive brand.
