This Refund Policy explains how AstroLive handles wallet recharges, consultation payments, technical failures, and refund requests for digital services offered on the platform.
Most services on AstroLive are digital and time based. Once a consultation, live session, report, or other digital service has been successfully delivered or materially consumed, it is generally non-refundable.
Wallet recharges, promotional credits, bonus amounts, and other stored balance transactions are typically non-refundable once credited, except where required by law or where AstroLive confirms a duplicate or failed transaction.
Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis using session records, payment references, connection logs, and platform activity. AstroLive may issue a refund to the original payment source, restore usable wallet credit, or reject the request when the transaction is found to be valid.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund or wallet correction, email support@astrolive.live with your registered contact details, transaction reference, date of payment, and a short explanation of the issue. Please contact us within 7 days of the transaction so we can investigate promptly.
Approved corrections are usually processed within a reasonable business timeframe. If a refund is issued to your original payment method, the final credit timeline may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
